1-Hang Squat Snatch

1-Full Snatch

*Using 75% 1RM of your lightest movement

then,

2 rounds for time of:

20-Power Snatch (115/75)

400M Run

20-OHS (115/75)

400M Run

*The Ville will be closed this Saturday for Thunder.  East will be open and we’ll have classes at 9:00 & 10:00am (instead of the usual 10 & 11). 

*CrossFit kids will be cancelled this Saturday as well.
