Pendlay Rows 2-2-2-2-2

then,

21-15-9 reps each of:

Clapping Pushups

Ring Dips

Rest 3:00, then:

9-15-21 reps each of:

Pullups

Bodyweight Rows (Lying Under barbell, chest to bar, arms to full extension after each rep)

For time.
