Double KB RDL 12-12-12

DB Hang Squat Cleans 12-12-12

then, 4 Rounds for time of:

12-DB Power Cleans (40/25’s)

12-Walking Lunge Steps w/DB in Front Rack

12-Lateral Burpees Over DB’s
