then,

5 Rounds for time of:

10-HSPU’s

15-Wall Balls (20/14)

20-KBS’s (53/35)

25-Double Unders

30-Walking Lunges (15/leg)

*If you missed Mondays Pre Open WOD 1 you can make it up on the rest day tomorrow (Friday).  Pre Open WOD 2 will be the workout for Saturday.

*Saturday, February 4th, we will have our 3rd Annual Sports Nutrition seminar will Dawn from Sports Nutrition 2 Go in Cincinnati. Metabolic Testing will be offered before and after the seminar as well!
