CrossFit Open WOD 18.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:\ 8 toes-to-bars\ 10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks\ 14-cal. row
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell, Women use 35-lb. dumbbell

Each Saturday the Open wod will be the class wod at 9:00 & 10:00 and we will be judging until 12pm. So come out to participate in the Open and cheer on your fellow CrossFitters!
