Test Week

Bench Press 1-1-1-1-1 to a 1RM

Barbell Rows 2-2-2-2-2 to a 2RM

then,

800M Run

21-Bench Press (M-bodyweight/W-60% bodyweight)

21-CTB Pullups

400M Run

15-Bench Press

15-CTB Pullups

200M Run

9-Bench Press

9-CTB Pullups

for time.

*This Saturday will be our monthly free class so bring a friend!  8:00 & 9:00am at The Ville and 10:00 & 11:00am at East.

*This coming Tuesday is the 4th of July.  We will have one free holiday class at The Ville at 10:00am.  This will be our only class on the 4th, all other classes and open gym will be cancelled so come out and join in on the fun!
